Versions of Stability

I’ll be there for a while yet, too – there’s plenty of challenges ongoing, and I’m actually enjoying it.
All told, it’s about having some stability for the moment. So much has changed over the last couple of years, and even more so in the first six to eight months of this year. I’m pretty sure that the next year is going to be a lot more stable – Lord, I hope it is, anyway – but with the house and the job pretty much squared away, I feel a lot better about the rest.
I do need to still make some changes – I need to get back to getting out more, for example. I’ve found that I’ve been appreciating having my own time and space, but I know that can be a bit of a trap.
But I’ll get there.
