Reading Material

Back in November, I received £30 of Book Tokens, and it’s only been this week that I’ve had the chance to use them – one of the downsides of shopping primarily online is that you don’t easily get to use things like Book Tokens.

Anyway, a visit to one of the local bookstores produced…

• Skarlet by Thomas Emson
• True Detectives by Jonathan Kellerman
• New Moon by Stephenie Meyer
• Un Lun Dun by China Mieville

All utter rubbish, I know – but they should all be entertaining.  And all for the princely cash sum of £2.15. Can’t be bad.

[Additional] Yes, I know I’ve piss-poor taste in reading-matter. I don’t care – I’ll enjoy all four (even if “New Moon” then does go down the charity shop to be passed on to someone else)
