Harvesting

All round us the fields have been full of sugar-beet. After this weekend, they won’t be. It’s harvest time, and the fields are full of tractors and harvesters.

It’s not too bad, really – the road outside the house is fairly busy with vehicles, and it’s covered in mud, but well, the noise is OK, and it’s just another of those little things of living in a rural (and farm-based) location. Quite nice, really.
