A wage-cut from the current place, but I can sort that out no worries. In fact, if I’m honest, it’s a bloody large pay-cut. But
there’s always ways to supplement income., and frankly so long as it gets us up to where we want to be, I can live with it.

I’d accept it, then go to the other interview on Monday, and if they offer you that one, go back to these and say no. You’re not bound to them until the start date on the contract, and I’d delay signing the contract until you have made your mind up. But accepting now gives you somewhere to go!
