Poverty-Stricken

Someone in Wokingham has been very busy overnight. Every bank in the town has “Make Poverty History” banners outside. They’re not quite blocking the entrances, but equally they’re not easy to avoid.

Just to add to the comedy effect, a couple of the banks have already had workers outside taking them down, others appear to be taking a stance of “We haven’t seen it. It’s not there. Lalalalalalalalalalalalalalalala”
