Assessment

I’ve been in the new job nearly four months now. Scary the way time moves on, isn’t it?

I was supposed to get an assessment after three months, once the induction period was over. It still hasn’t happened, a month on – I haven’t even had any information about when it’s going to be, except that it’ll be “soon”.

I want to do the assessment, because I don’t think they’ll like what I have to say. Maybe I won’t like what they have to say either (Particularly if it’s “we think you’re settling in well and want you to stay”) but we’ll just have to see.

I’m not going to hold my breath on when it’ll actually happen though. Twunty Manager™ seems to be living up to what I’ve suggested for the company motto.
