Having pissed in a bottle, they seemed to do absolutely sod-all with it. Mind you, can’t really blame ’em, can you? I guess it’s just for their amusement “You think you’re so special, yet we made you piss on your fingers this morning. Ha!”
But blood-pressure’s fine ( 131 / 80 , if that means anything to anyone ), and there doesn’t seem to be anything else to worry about. I’ve got to make a proper doctor’s appointment in order to get thyroid levels etc. checked, so that appointment’s been made for a couple of week’s time. Oh goody.
Did they not stick a little stick thing in your wee? It checks for diabetes and the like, very clever. Perhaps they wanted to save it for their spare time.
No blood tests? No cholesterol check? Sheesh!
Oo, I got some blood stolen today so my over-enthusiastic, just qualified from A&E, GP can check for all those cool-sounding things she just looked up in her training manual, bless her. One of ’em was Thyroid problems, see, it all links.
131/80 is a pretty good Blood pressure, if you are 40. Better than mine, and I’m only 30ish…
It’s even better for being ‘only’ 33…
