Zapper Update

One of the side effects of having cats is that the food – if they don’t eat it all immediately – attracts flies. It can be pretty skanky – particularly in Spring and Summer.
I’d had other smaller and different zappers over the years, and none of them had been particularly impressive or effective. So this one was slightly more expensive – but still less than any two of the previous zappers.
I wasn’t sure if it would last into this year, but so far it’s doing well, and is thus also making itself into even better value for money than buying a lesser zapper every year.
Obviously I’d rather not need to have any bug zapper – but while I do need one, this one seems to be a good option.

Are you a mind reader or did I accidentally do an auto spell?
I was only thinking yesterday that I needed to ask you how you got on with this as we need a new one for Coven Nord, before the midgies arrive (if they do – it’s rather windy on our ridge, so they might not). The old one down south still works well, but is rather grubby after 20-odd years.

Sorry, I hadn’t done a supplier link, as Amazon is currently listing it as ‘out of stock and we don’t know whether we’ll get it again’. The supplier was Fraxinus, who only appear to now have a very limited range on Amazon, and no other quickly-findable site
