Somehow, I’m now 41. Quite honestly, I’m amazed to be here, and to be saying that.  This year there’ve been some very dark times which I haven’t really written much about, although some of it can be implied from where things stand now.

A lot of it has been emphatically Not Fun, although now things are a bit more settled and stable, I can see that they’re improving. More importantly, I’m improving.

I’m not sure what the next year will bring. Hopefully not too much in the way of radical change (that’s the current plan, but well, you know me and plans) other than the plans I’m going to detail in another post later today. There’s still change, but I’m hoping/expecting it to be a steady progression, rather than anything too earth-shattering.

When all’s said and done, though, there’s been a lot of change over the last few months, and there’s still more to come. But at least it’s all in a positive direction.
