*Shudder*

Many many moons ago, I nearly lost the sight in one eye – I’d stood up straight into the flightpath of a thrown stone, which smashed the lens of my glasses, and powered the shards into my eyeball. Since then, I’ve always been pretty squeamish about eyes, and damage to them.

So this story just brings me out in shudders. One remarkably lucky person, to not lose his sight/eye/life, but all the same, *shudder*
