30-Second Nativity

I love this story from the BBC about a competition to tell the Christmas story in 30 seconds.
It’s one of those things where it’s just such an easy target.
My version?
Single mother gives birth in Bethlehem.
Refuses to say who the father is.
Hype ensues, and the world has religious wars for the next 2,000 years.
Job done.
Would agree with you but ideological and theological differences go back further, and will always affect us until someone breeds a considerate human being who doesn’t mind someone else having an opinion different to their own……………. set of selfish, bigoted, arrogant twats – the lot of us!
