B&Q – Comments and Feedback

It’s had a fair number of comments along the way, but yesterday, some charming person from B&Q dropped by to leave his thoughts.

I still think you should email it on to B and Q and ask them if this is a typical example of their customer services. if it is someone from there i am sure they can track them down.
