Homework

The main reason to be working from home today is that we’ve got a couple of deliveries being made, as well as a visit from a man to quote for replacing the garage door. It’s been buggered for ages (the garage is in a seperate block, so we never use it anyway – therefore it’s not a problem ’til it comes time to sell the house, etc. etc.) and is basically “locked” by application of a couple of nails to hold the door shut. About as secure as a very unsecure thing, kept in an unlocked place. (guess who couldn’t figure out a decent analogy?)
Of course, with the deliveries, no-one can predict when they’ll happen. So I’m in all day ’til they appear. Lucky me.
7 hours of doing bugger all with a crazy half hour that makes you look like u’ve actually done something …………… could be in order :p
I can’t work at home when it’s for my domestic convenience or even forTransport strikes. It has to be because of pressing deadlines, and the need not to be disturbed.
