There’s a video of the press conference held by the men who were arrested, and their story of the arrest – and the entire thing is just truly bad. Being shot with no warning, being dragged down the stairs by their feet, being sworn at, and told to shut the fuck up, and many other things.
And what it made me think, more than anything else, was that if those men weren’t terrorists, “enemies of the state” or whatever before, they sure as shit have been given a bloody good reason to do so now, haven’t they?
It seems like a farce, but having seen a police raid before, I can’t believe that they didn’t shout any warnings….these guys are trained to do that very thing. The raid i saw was unbelievable, the coppers were screaming and shouting as they kicked in the door.
