Delayed Again

Yet again, the site launch has been delayed – this time by another two months – while they fuck about deciding a) what it should be called, and b) what it should look like.
Even if all goes well with this time period – and I’m not convinced it will – then I don’t think it’ll now launch ’til May/June, which will mean I’ve been here a year without anything that’s publicly visible. I’m now on version 4 of the site, and no-one’s really seen the first three, which I must admit I find pretty frustrating.
It doesn’t, however, mean I’m looking to move on or anything. I’ve learned a lot about the social-network side of web design, which has been interesting. And I’m in the process of developing some other ideas based around the concept for myself, some of which look (on initial “what-if?” type research) like they could be pretty good earners. And, with my normal skill, with some pretty stonking domain names too.
More will be revealed over the course of the year, obviously – but for now I’m keeping it all fairly schtum.
As for the “proper” work one, well, we’ll just have to see, won’t we.
Fucking ell Alex, 2 months to decide on a name, what are they playing at, you’d have thought, the name would’ve been decided long ago and the domains all bought up..
