I really like a programmer who can stand up and say “I hate programming”. Rasmus Lerdorf, who created PHP is one such programmer.
I’m sat here watching him do a presentation on PHP – definitely a very interesting guy, and some very interesting developments in PHP5 and 6.
That explains an awful lot about PHP, I guess.

Well, I’m not a Perl or C++ person like you, Chris – and I find that PHP works for me fine, so *shrug*
And it’s megatons better than ASP or .NET …
Fair play, I’d rather see honesty in a person than “I did this, and I’m too fucking cool for words”
