Assessment – completed

Instead it was more of a “These are the things you’re doing wrong, how do you propose to fix them?” kind of exercise. I pointed out that – particularly as I’ve only been with the company four months – the learning process is still happening, and it’s a two-way thing, that certain things aren’t down to just one person. Which didn’t go down well.
From what I can ascertain, the company thinks that they’re perfect (despite all evidence to the contrary) and any fault is down to the people.
Hmmm – a company to stay with. Not.
“A company…”. You could end the sentence there…
