Posted: Sun 20 March, 2005 Filed under: D4D™ 5 Comments »Amazingly, this is the 2,500th post I’ve written on d4d™. Well, according to WordPress, anyway. I thought I’d written a few more than that, but anyway, there’s two and a half thousand now. Quite impressive, I’m sure you’ll agree.
Now, here’s to the next 2,500!
God, just before I went to Greece I sat down and counted and realised I was getting close to something ridiculous like 10,000. I’ll have to have another quick look…
No, that can’t be right – WP says I have just under 1,000 since May 2002, so I’m guessing June 2000 til then wouldn’t be much more than that. God Lyle, you’re too prolific!
I am no good at estimating numbers and so have no idea whether or not that figure is accurate. Suffice to say, it’s a lot. Go you! I wish I was half as inspired to write most days.
Well, at least you’ve solved the problem of trying to come up with something profound and memorable for your 2500th post!
Question: Is longevity the mark of a good blog?
Anyway, well done that man, I’m off to check what I’m at…
